The foundation of every Glued Glove product is our proprietary technology that utilizes a unique dot-grip application process. This is not just a surface coating, but rather a specially formulated polymer compound that is melt bonded directly to the surface of the material at the contact points on the glove. This creates a surface with multiple gripping vectors that significantly out-perform the competition in even the most demanding environments.
Micro-Suction Adhesion: The micro-geometry of the pattern, combined with the chosen material composition, generates thousands of micro-suction contacts that actively engage with the opposing surface texture. These resulting friction forces are highly increased due to the high “stickiness” of the surface.
Multi-Surface Mastery Our innovative dot-grip dipped gloves do not suffer from the “wet/dry/hand-slip” common issues seen with other dipped grip products. The majority of products on the market hold some grip on dry metal surfaces, but they inevitably slip on wet/humid surfaces and oily metal – and that is with all surfaces being dry/humid/mildly oily to the glove!
