Ultra-Fine 13-Gauge Knit Our 13-gauge knit is some of the finest and densest knit material available in an industrial cut-resistant glove. The extremely high stitch count provides a very smooth, comfortable interior surface and an extremely tight fit without any of the bulk or loss of dexterity associated with lower gauge (thicker) knits. The tight knit provides an impenetrable barrier against sharp objects.
High-Performance Polyethylene (HPPE) Fibers These High-Performance Polyethylene Fibers are integrated into the knit of the glove. These fibers offer high strength to weight ratio, and offer high levels of cut, slash and abrasion resistance as defined by a variety of safety testing standards (such as ANSI Cut Level A2-A3). Unlike stiff, stiffening cut-resistant materials that make the hand heavy and difficult to maneuver, HPPE fibers remain inherently flexible and lightweight, and will not interfere with hand motion all day long.
